FMCSA Denies Exemption for Mobile Team Leads of Matrix Medical Network

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has denied an application by DPN USA, LLC, doing business as Matrix Medical Network, to exempt its employee-drivers, known as Mobile Team Leads, from the hours-of-service provisions, allowing them to operate for up to 16 hours without mandatory 10 hours off duty.
