SEC Proposes Exemptive Order for Finders to Engage in Limited Broker Activities

The Securities and Exchange Commission is proposing to grant exemptive relief to permit natural persons to engage in certain limited activities on behalf of issuers, known as Finders, without registering as brokers under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
