Bureau of Indian Education Proposes Rules for Third-Party Leases and Fundraising

The Bureau of Indian Education has proposed new rules to govern the use of Bureau-operated school lands and facilities by third parties under lease agreements, as well as fundraising activities by BIE personnel.
