Portland General Electric Proposes New Electric Transmission System for Mt. Hood and Willamette National Forests, Oregon

Portland General Electric (PGE), a regulated investor-owned utility, is proposing a 210-mile 500 kilovolt transmission line from Boardman, Oregon to near Salem, Oregon, which would cross multiple federal, tribal, state, municipal, and private lands, including approximately 42% administered by federal agencies.
