Elwood Joliet & Southern Railroad, L.L.C.-Lease and Operation Exemption-Wisconsin Central Ltd.

The Elwood Joliet & Southern Railroad, L.L.C. has granted Wisconsin Central Ltd. a lease and operation exemption, allowing the latter to operate on the former's tracks in Illinois, effective January 1, 2024. This exemption is part of a larger agreement between the two companies, which will enable Wisconsin Central to expand its rail network in the region.
