FINRA Extends Deadline for Deletion of Order Audit Trail System Rules

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has extended the deadline for the Commission to take action on a proposed rule change to delete the FINRA Order Audit Trail System (OATS) rules, allowing for an additional period of time for review and consideration.
