OSHA Revises Rules of Procedure for Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission

The Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission has made technical amendments to its rule, which was published in the Federal Register on April 10, 2019, and corrected on August 30, 2019, and October 4, 2019, to update the procedural rules governing practice before the commission.
