US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Determines South Korea's Common Alloy Aluminum Sheet Sales as Less Than Fair Value

The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that common alloy aluminum sheet from South Korea is being sold in the US at less than fair value, and has postponed its final determination and extended provisional measures.
