US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Taiwan-Sourced Aluminum Sheets Sold at Less Than Fair Value
The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that aluminum sheets from Taiwan are being sold in the US at less than their fair market value, and has postponed its final determination, inviting interested parties to comment on the preliminary finding.
