US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Determines Common Alloy Aluminum Sheet from Romania is Being Sold at Less Than Fair Value

The US Department of Commerce has found that aluminum sheet imports from Romania are being sold in the US at a price lower than the market value, and is seeking public comment on this preliminary determination, which covers the period from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019.
