Golden Pass LNG Terminal LLC Seeks to Extend LNG Export Authorization Through 2050

Golden Pass LNG Terminal LLC has submitted an application to the Department of Energy's Office of Fossil Energy to extend the term of its existing authorization to export liquefied natural gas to non-free trade agreement countries from its current expiration date to December 31, 2050.
