EPA Proposes Amendments to Volatile Organic Liquid Storage Vessel Standards

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing changes to the standards for storing volatile organic liquids, allowing some storage vessels to opt for a different set of requirements instead of following the current standards.
