Head Start Designation Renewal System Effective Date Delayed

The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) has postponed the effective date of the final rule 'Head Start Designation Renewal System' from October 27, 2020, to November 9, 2020, as announced in the Federal Register on August 28, 2020.
