TriStar North Inc. to Sign Prospective Purchaser Agreement for Former Kaiser Smelter Site in Mead, Washington

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comments on a proposed prospective purchaser agreement with TriStar North, Inc. for the cleanup of the Former Kaiser Smelter Site in Mead, Washington, with a $50,000 payment to the EPA.
