Request for Administrative Waiver of Coastwise Trade Laws for Sailing Catamaran CATATONIC 500

The U.S. Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking public comments on a request to waive the U.S.-build requirements of the coastwise trade laws for a sailing catamaran, the CATATONIC 500, which would allow it to carry up to 12 passengers for hire, provided it is at least 3 years old.
