FAA Withdraws Boeing Airworthiness Directive NPRM

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has withdrawn a proposed rulemaking (NPRM) for a new airworthiness directive (AD) for The Boeing Company's 747-400, 747-400F, 747-8F, and 747-8 series airplanes, following a determination that the proposed software installation does not resolve the identified unsafe condition.
