Carbon Pricing in Organized Wholesale Electricity Markets

The US Commission is proposing to issue a policy statement to encourage efforts to incorporate a state-determined carbon price in organized wholesale electricity markets, such as those operated by Exelon (EXC) and NextEra Energy (NEE).
