Bureau of Reclamation Amends Regulations to Include Electric Bikes

The Bureau of Reclamation has updated its rules to define electric bikes and exclude them from off-road vehicle regulations in certain situations, allowing for more e-bike use on public lands and increasing recreational opportunities for Americans with physical limitations.
