SEC Grants Conditional Relief for Consolidated Audit Trail Reporting

The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has issued an order granting conditional exemptive relief for the reporting of allocations under the National Market System Plan governing the Consolidated Audit Trail, as required by the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Regulation NMS.
