Bloom Energy Corporation to Address Proposed Rulemaking by Federal Energy Regulatory Commission

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has proposed a rule change to recognize the output of fuel cell thermal energy systems, such as those used by Bloom Energy Corporation, in its regulations under the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978.
