The Federal Aviation Administration's Eastern Service Center is making the Final Environmental Assessment (Final EA)/Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) and Record of Decision (ROD) for the South-Central Florida Metroplex Project publicly available, following a formal notice to the public.
