EPA Proposes Approval of Maryland's Ozone Interprecursor Trading Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a state implementation plan revision submitted by the State of Maryland, which aims to expand the use of Emission Reduction Credits for new or modified major stationary sources of ozone precursors.
