EPA Proposes Approval of North Carolina's State Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to North Carolina's State Implementation Plan, which removes annual emissions reporting requirements for certain facilities in areas that have met ozone air quality standards, as part of the Clean Air Act.
