Request for Administrative Waiver of Coastwise Trade Laws for Sailing Catamaran SEACLUSION
The Maritime Administration is seeking public comments on a request to waive U.S.-build requirements for a sailing catamaran, SEACLUSION, which would allow it to carry up to 12 passengers for hire, provided it is at least 3 years old.
