Request for Administrative Waiver of U.S. Coastwise Trade Laws for Sailing Catamaran UBUNTU

The Maritime Administration is seeking public comments on a request to waive U.S. coastwise trade laws for a sailing catamaran, UBUNTU, which would allow it to carry up to 12 passengers for hire, provided it is at least three years old.
