FHWA and Arizona Propose Renewal of Environmental Responsibility MOU

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the State of Arizona are proposing a renewal of the State's participation in the State Assumption of Responsibility for Categorical Exclusions program, which would allow FHWA to assign environmental responsibilities to the state for certain highway projects, as outlined in the proposed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
