EPA Approves South Dakota State Plan for Municipal Solid Waste Landfills
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve a Clean Air Act state plan submitted by the South Dakota Department of Environment and Natural Resources to control emissions from existing municipal solid waste landfills.
