US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Non-Refillable Steel Cylinders from China Sold at Less Than Fair Value

The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that steel cylinders from China are being sold in the US at a price lower than their fair market value, and is seeking public comment on the finding, which covers the period from July 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019.
