Coast Guard Proposes Permanent Safety Zones in Christiansted Harbor, St. Croix

The US Coast Guard is proposing to establish permanent safety zones in Christiansted Harbor, St. Croix, USVI, to protect life on navigable waters near the WAPA dock when liquefied gas carriers are present, and invites public comments on the proposed rulemaking.
