US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Spanish Carbon Steel Flanges Sold at Less Than Normal Value
The US Department of Commerce has determined that producers or exporters of finished carbon steel flanges from Spain sold the subject merchandise at less than normal value during the 2018-2019 period, and is seeking public comment on the preliminary results.
