EPA Announces Settlement Agreement for Montana Superfund Site

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a settlement agreement with the State of Montana and MAC LTT, LLC to purchase a portion of the Lockwood Solvent Ground Water Plume Superfund Site in Billings, Montana, as required by the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980.
