Texas Central Railroad Establishes Safety Standards for High-Speed Rail System

The Texas Central Railroad has finalized safety standards for its planned high-speed rail system, which will operate from Houston to Dallas at speeds of up to 205 mph, replicating the Tokaido Shinkansen system used by Central Japan Railway Company.
