The final rule updates home health payment rates and wage index for 2021, implementing changes to home health regulations regarding telecommunications technology and permanent home infusion therapy services benefit. It also aligns Home Health Value-Based Purchasing Model data submission requirements with COVID-19 exceptions and finalizes policies for reporting requirements during the pandemic.
