Medicare Program; Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies (DMEPOS) Policy Issues and Level II of the Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS)

The proposed rule aims to establish methodologies for adjusting Medicare DMEPOS fee schedule amounts using data from the competitive bidding program, as well as procedures for evaluating HCPCS Level II code applications and making benefit category and payment determinations for new items and services, including continuous glucose monitors.
