Agency Submits Generic Information Collection Request for Feedback on Service Delivery

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has been invited to approve a generic information collection request (ICR) for the collection of qualitative feedback on agency service delivery, as part of a Federal Government-wide effort to streamline feedback collection.
