Request for Administrative Waiver of Coastwise Trade Laws for Vessel DAUNTLESS

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking public comments on a request to grant a waiver of U.S.-build requirements for the coastwise trade laws, allowing the DAUNTLESS sailing vessel to carry up to 12 passengers for hire, provided it is at least 3 years old.
