EPA Finalizes Limited Approval and Disapproval of Arizona Air Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is finalizing a limited approval and limited disapproval of a revision to the Arizona State Implementation Plan (SIP) that regulates sulfur dioxide emissions from a copper smelter in Hayden, Arizona, in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
