Texas Seeks Final EPA Approval for Hazardous Waste Program Changes

The State of Texas Commission on Environmental Quality has submitted an application to the EPA for final authorization of changes to its hazardous waste program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, with the EPA proposing to approve the changes after reviewing the application.
