US Coast Guard to Review Blue Marlin Offshore Port, LLC Deepwater Port License Application

The US Coast Guard, in coordination with the Maritime Administration, will prepare an environmental impact statement as part of the review of Blue Marlin Offshore Port, LLC's application for a deepwater port license, which would be located approximately 99 statute miles off the coast of Louisiana and allow for the loading of large crude oil cargo carriers
