Pipeline Safety: Request for Special Permit; Columbia Gas Transmission, L.L.C.

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is seeking public comments on a special permit renewal request from Columbia Gas Transmission, L.L.C. (TCO), which seeks relief from certain pipeline safety regulations. The 30-day comment period will conclude after which PHMSA will review the comments to determine whether to grant or deny the request.
