CMS Seeks Public Comment on NCQA's Medicare Advantage Deeming Authority Renewal

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is soliciting public comments on the National Committee for Quality Assurance's (NCQA) application to renew its Medicare Advantage 'deeming authority' for Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) and Preferred Provider Organizations (PPOs) for a period of six years.
