US Department of Health and Human Services Proposes Regulations for Buy Indian Act

The US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is proposing regulations to guide the implementation of the Buy Indian Act, which allows the Indian Health Service (IHS) to set-aside procurement contracts for Indian-owned and controlled businesses.
