Pacific Island Fisheries; Swordfish Trip Limits in the American Samoa Pelagic Longline Fishery
The final rule removes the swordfish retention limit in the American Samoa deep-set longline fishery to increase efficiency and benefits to the local community and the Nation, eliminating wasteful regulatory discards of marketable seafood.
