HUD Revises Minimum Payments to States Participating in Manufactured Housing Program

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has revised the minimum payments to states participating in the Manufactured Housing Program as State Administrative Agencies (SAAs), aiming to provide a more equitable guarantee of funding and reduce administrative burden. The new rule ensures that states receive annual payments based on their participation in the production or siting of new manufactured homes, starting from Fiscal Year 2014.
