NASA Updates Federal Award Regulations to Align with OMB Changes

NASA has issued a direct final rule to update its Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards to align with the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) recent amendments to its Grants and Agreements regulations.
