Notice of Request for Revision of a Currently Approved Information Collection (Pathogen Reduction/HACCP)

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is requesting a revision to an approved information collection regarding pathogen reduction and HACCP Systems requirements due to an expiring OMB approval on December 31, 2010, and to include video recordkeeping information.
