U.S. Navy Issues Certificate of Alternate Compliance for USS COOPERSTOWN (LCS-23)

The U.S. Navy has issued a Certificate of Alternate Compliance for USS COOPERSTOWN (LCS-23), a naval ship that cannot fully comply with international navigation light regulations due to its special construction and purpose, in order to warn mariners in applicable waters.
