US Department of Commerce Preliminary Determinations on Chinese Uncoated Paper Imports

The US Department of Commerce has found that imports of certain uncoated paper rolls from China are circumventing antidumping and countervailing duty orders on uncoated paper from China. Imports from certain companies will be suspended starting October 10, 2019, and from others starting November 6, 2020.
