SEC Solicits Public Comment on Substituted Compliance Application for Security-Based Swap Entities

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is seeking public input on a request by the German financial regulator BaFin to allow certain non-US security-based swap entities subject to German regulation to comply with US securities laws through German and EU regulations.
