EPA Approves Iowa's Air Quality Plan for Muscatine County

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the state of Iowa to reduce sulfur dioxide emissions in the Muscatine County nonattainment area, meeting the 2010 national air quality standard.
